In preparation for the eclipse today, we brainstormed wonderings, researched our questions, and learned more about why the eclipse happens. We created our own chalk art representing totality and hole punched note cards to observe crescent shadows. Outside, we made 4 different observations of how the eclipse changed and kept track of temperature changes. Between our observations, we kicked back to watch, ate snacks, and drank Capri SUNS. 😉
